It's probably because Iceland is full of icelandics. Same thing with Scandinavians and Finns.

They may not have to use force much. But when they do they don't mess around. Also they have an intention clause in their drunk driving laws. If you have keys in your hand and are HEADING to your car they can get you for DUI. Happened to a lot of guys when I was stationed there. Wanted to sleep it off in their car. No such luck. and the Taxi drivers call the cops from outside the club.
but yes the OP is correct. They don't mess with corruption. |
