its velcro for thermal ID plates, its a friendly fire avoidance deal ETA, its in Kuwait too seeing the stenciled markings on the front. its a draw vehicle from Doha, or now Arifjahn |

Thought maybe that was it, but I never see any "louvered" thermal plates mounted there. I usually see them mounted on the sides of Bradleys or the Brit armored PCs. bd |
