I got cheddar cheese on my mind right now, eating one of those hot pockets with the cheddar and ham.

However, I also want bacon....

Don't they make a slab of bacon in packages or something, like the size of a brick?

you can probably find whole bacon sides locally-just remove the rind and cut. Or order a side of neuske's applewood smoked bacon ftom your butcher.
