I could never figure out what the hell that was....I remember it from The Godfather, when at the wedding the one guy tosses some sandwiches and tells hime its "Gobagoo"....I just recently found out that is cappicola...although I should talk, to my family ricotta is always pronounced "ra-got" (my family is from North Jersey....) |
