Food Stamp Irony - AR15.COM

In front of me in line at the grocery store today was a woman who paid her bill with an Ohio Direction card (food stamp debit card) but could not type her PIN into the machine because her inch-long, jewel-encrusted false nails (which I assume were not free) prevented her from getting her fingertips on the keys through the rubber view-guard that keeps people from seeing your PIN. She had to get help from the clerk.

I saw one of those the other day at the post office. Reminded me of some kind of digging animal, like a mole. The nails were brown and looked like they were covered in a mix of feces and glitter. Oh what a world.

If you can get nails, you can pay for your own damn groceries.

I am getting god damn tired of the have nots getting some of the meager wages that I WORK FOR, and then going and doing something so completely useless like getting your fucking nails done.

Hell, I don't even have the luxury of having a cheap hair shop cut my hair cheaply.............my GF does it with clippers (not like it would matter anyhow.......but you know).

I've been told women grow their nails like that as a sign that they are too important/talented/all-that to do manual work.

I just look at it and figure they are one lazy sack of shit. But then I get up and go to work every morning, so maybe I just don't understand the culture.

I was in a store where the cashier actually refused and EBT purchase. It was an "interesting character" in front of me at the checkout. IIRC it was about $400 worth of stuff. The reason you ask. The cashier said "The taxpayers of the great state of Mississippi would be very upset to know that you are spending you free benefits in our grate state."
