I am working on a possible response to CruiseAmerica's form letter regarding CavArms.
Dear Victoria A. Valencia,
I have taken the personal effort to bring to your attention serious deficits in your company's customer service. Therefore, I am disappointed to receive such a curt form letter. Am I to conclude my opinion and business are of small concern?
As brief as your reply was it contained a glaring error. This error may manifest the low priority you seem to place on this issue. Your customer's name was Cavalry Arms. Whereas Calvary is a place known in Hebrew as Golgotha.
