Most of it is common sense. Regarding employer snooping of emails and etc, we require employees to read our corporate Electronic Communications Privacy Policy. We tell employees right up front that we can, and will, monitor and record all electronic communications that are conducted using company provided equipment.

That still doesn't stop the idiots from sending really inappropriate IMs and conducting drug buys over the phone.
