Top notch customer service. My uncomphagre puffy drawstring broke causing the drawstring to come out. I sent the jacket in and received the new one within a week, they also included a 25% off coupon for any of their products.

I now have the north branch soft shell pants, vapor storm tight jacket and a set of their merino wool pants.
