Find the right brand/flavor. If your friends have any, ask to try theirs sometime until you find what you like. The first shake I ever took sucked ass. Then I found the right one. Have no problems chugging after a workout now. |

A lot of them taste bad but anything from BSN tastes great. I mix True Mass with milk so it tastes really good. |

Not bad. Although I dont buy name brand protein anymore. Its cheaper in large un flavored bags from a bulk source.
That might be a weight gainer though huh, can't tell. Always mix fast/slow digesting proteins btw, if you dont already know. 7/10 |

It is a weight gainer and it is probably the best one out there. As for fast/slow proteins, it has 6 different kinds in it that digest at different rates over a period of 8 hours. I'm getting ready for football in the fall. |

Must know a few things before rating.
Protien to carb ratio ? amount of calories ? amount of sugars ? Whey protien meal replacement and exercise has drastically reduced my gut and bitchtitties. |
