What are the firearm laws on federally owned land? Not necessarily parks or national forest, just federally owned land. Also, what types of federally owned lands are there? Are there any where the general public is not allowed to trespass on?

thanks,

-Spaceman

National Parks, National Monuments, no firearms. Forest Service and BLM, ok. Lot's of federally owned land that you can't tresspass on out west. Military/DOE, etc. I don't know about federal wildlife refuges.

This is what it should be;
Amendment II A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, [red]the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed. [/red]

In Arizona, the State Laws ARE Federal Laws. There is no difference except we have a CCW permit here. In essence, we have no gun laws here , other than the Federal laws. And the only other thing is no County or city man enact a law contrairy or in addition to the State laws. God, I love Arizona.

So it is legal for me to shoot in national forest, and other federal land unless specifically stated otherwise? and, yes, it is LHD. -Spaceman

What spaceman said: Can I shoot in National forest land? I was under the impression that BLM land was the only place you could. Is there a websight anyone can recommend for this info?
