Fight between strippers ends in arrest

CLEARWATER FL— A pregnant stripper was attacked by another dancer after an argument over money early Tuesday morning, according to authorities.

Kristi L. Gilmore, 19, was charged with aggravated battery of a pregnant female, a felony.

On Tuesday afternoon, Gilmore, of 230 45th St. N in St. Petersburg, was being held in the Pinellas County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.

According to an arrest report, Gilmore and dancer Kathleen E. Gallaher were arguing just after midnight at Baby Dolls A Gentleman's Club at 13383 U.S. 19 about how much money Gilmore makes dancing at another club.

The verbal altercation continued while Gallaher was dancing. Gilmore then followed Gallaher into the dressing room and slapped her as the club manager tried to intervene, the report shows.

The manager told Pinellas deputies that Gilmore also kicked Gallaher in the stomach three or four times, even though she had been told that Gallaher was pregnant.

Gallaher told authorities she is three months pregnant.
