I just got back a few days ago.. The week was extremly buzy.. I worked at my parents restraunt.. The cook quit the day i arrived so i had to handle all of the cooking with the GM. I also got up at around 6am to take care of the mechinals of the place. Worked untill 10am or so took a 1/2 hour break go fishing. Then i would have to get in the kitchen and prep untill 11:30 or so for lunch.. then i would cook/prep untill 10 pm when the kitchen closes. Drinking beers untull 2 am or so and repeat. i was tired by the end of the week..

I like it too. we have only been open a year of so. being my family's first restrant it has been a learning experence. It only seats 65 or so. I can just barely handle the dinner rush alone as long as i am preped out perfect. I also prefer to have a dish washer/fry boy to help me out..
