my buddy in highschool mounted a 5ft deasel train horn under his frame rail on his truck.. and a small air tank in the bed
when he would get behind someone and blow it, the would swurve off the road.. it was funny as hell doing it on a street in 2am, you could still hear it echoing 5 seconds after he stopped

I just about died laughing a couple times during that, especially the two times he honked and the gangsta looking guys and they took off running.
