If it's obviously dangerous or completely inhibits you from doing your job, it's sabotage, not a prank. What these kids did was harmless. No one was at risk of getting hurt. And the issue could have been dropped at any point at the officers discretion, it's not like the kids hogtied her to a telephone pole. |
