Anybody know off the top of your head whether it is necessary to exhaust state remedies before seeking habeas relief in federal court on the issue of bail? Here are the facts, briefly:

Client is arrested on a warrant with a $650K bond.

Trial court reduces bond to $150K

Client has no assets or cash (I am being paid by relatives).

The case has just begun (arraignment was this morning).

Do I have to appeal the bond through the state system (which does permit interlocutory appellate review of bail) before I can go to federal court on a habeas action?
