I don't know anything about cheese, but I like something with a little bite to it, blue/gorgonzola, etc
Yep. Gorgonzola is good. I don't like the tones of Bleu. I am not a moldy fan. |

I love me some cheese.
Sharp cheddar is great for snacking. I also love mozzarella string cheese by itself, too. I like to order my pizzas with extra cheese, then I pile on the Parmesan/Romano with red pepper. My burgers? Extra yellow cheese Bleu cheese is great with hot wings. Also like those Parmesan cheese wings Spaghetti for me gets a nice liberal topping of Parmesan, Asiago, and Romano. I also love Ricotta in manicotti and don't even get me started on all the combinations I can have with lasagna. FUCK now I am hungry This thread is appetizing |

I like most kinds of cheeses. The primary exception being blue cheeses. Nasty
I love too many to name: Havarti, Roomkaas, Lubelski, Gouda, Provolone, Cheddar, Edam, Brie, Camambert, Manchego, Parmagiano Reggiano, Mozzarella, Feta, P'tit Basque (a particular brand that's not really a traditional variety I know of), Tvorog, Halloumi, Asiago, Ricotta, Fontina, Parrano, etc. And I always enjoy trying more. Cheese owns you. |
I pick up big bricks of Gouda when I go to Amsterdam. I love that stuff.
