I have 2. Both 30's Fords.
My favorite one is Pete Chapouris's California Kid. Saw the movie when I was around 9 years old and fell in love with the car.  Second is the 5 window from American Graffiti.

The leadslead merc from Cobra (best thing about the movie, other than the Jatimatic smg gun pron) The '58-60 Thunderbird from "Elvira:Mistress Of The Dark" movie. |

Maybe I'm just a weirdo but I kinda like the rough around the edges "Road Warrior" version better. The aluminum reserve tanks, extra tires & fuel cans, etc. Another fave is a certain red & white '58 Plymouth..........though as sexy as she is  she's not really a "hot rod". |

"The Car" was a highly modded late '60s/early '70s Lincoln Mark ?? IIRC. As far as the movie, it's a "drive in" B movie about some evil car terrorizing a desert community. Sort of a '70s forerunner of "Christine". Another great Hollywood Hotrod: The Deathmobile early '60s Lincoln from "Animal House". |
