That kinda sucks for strategy.  Well if you draft in the top five or so, I'd feel comfortable taking a back : Chris Johnson, Adrian Peterson, Maurice Jones-Drew, Ray Rice, Michael Turner.  If I drafted much later than that, I'd take a top tier QB or maybe even Andre Johnson.
