Fall to China? - AR15.COM

OK, So I had a dream last night and I want to see what everyone's opinion is on this thought: Assune you were able to dig a hole through the center of the Earth, and out the other side. And also assume that you would not be affected by the heat. If you jumped into the hole, would your momentum carry you out the other side, or would you get stuck in the middle after bouncing back and forth for a while?

The core of the earth is a giant spinning superheated iron crystal. If that stops, so does our magnetic field, allowing all sorts of radiation to get through, killing us all.
