It's pretty damn good, but I wouldn't go so far as to say it's the best. That being said, it's what I eat the most.

The Best Stop's brand of Andouille works for me. Great with eggs and the grease makes great gravy. |

In tx maybe. here it's my local processing wholesale Clydes, or Arapaho meat place. OR for OTC Boulder Cty Chorizo.. Followed very closely by Sara's Sausage another local (palmer lake) mfg. |
