FOB Warhorse

I have a name from Adopt a solider.  He is at Warhorse.  I’m looking for some information on the place.

Hot and dusty.

The chow hall Rocks! though.   We don't need Burger King here, but they're planning on it.  The Coffee Bean or whatever it's called always looks empty.  Pizza Hut/Inn we could use, if they deliver.

I was down there last year for about a month.  The neighbors were really noisy then and tended to disrupt your day (and night).  The only place to eat at the time was the D-fac (sounds like they have a Green Beans Coffee now- good frappachinos and really good chocolate muffins).   Basically like most other camps here- small, hot, dusty place.  It was an airport at one time and when I was there they still had some old Soviet MI2 helos with spray apperatus on them (God they smelled bad too but an Iraqi pilot actually flew one for mosquito control).

They used to have a captured Iraqi Chiefton tank too- I got pictures of me sitting on it.

I like my camp better though.
