Yes, but you'll pay two taxes to do it, and the first transfer to him, will take a longer time than it would if you used a C3 dealer.

Is the AOW out of state (I presume that's the case?) or in-state?  Is is currently in the possession of a C3 dealer or C2 manufacturer, or is it in private hands?
