Since I may be issued a Federally authorized WARN act notice TODAY, I felt the timing for application is good, much better than rotting on the unemployment line. I don't think I qualify by any means but I do have several years working around aircraft and my job may be erased because of the use of said aircraft I feel I would like to prevent it from ever happening again.
