"Fully cooked" and / or "Cured" means eat it next month and live.

Now lunchmeat on the other hand....not so much.

7 pounds and it's a multicam ham

Seriously that thing cured for longer than it has been in your fridge.

Is it unopened?

Eat it cold or heat it up.

It will be tasty.

Or send it too me.

If it is cryovaced and cured and the fridge temp stayed below 40F you it should be good to go if you use it by the expiration date.

Heck, I picked up a ham on sale after Xmas, and just cooked it today.  It lived in the fridge all that time.  The package said to cook by March, so I figured I was good to go.

We bought a Honey Baked Ham and this is the instructions.

Product Care
Refrigerate the HoneyBaked Ham and Turkey Breast as soon as you receive it.

In the refrigerator, the HoneyBaked Ham will stay fresh for 7 to 10 days and the Turkey Breast for approximately 5 to 7 days.

To freeze unused ham portions for later use, wrap in aluminum foil and freeze within 5 days of thawing. The HoneyBaked Ham can be frozen for up to 6 weeks. To serve again, place in refrigerator for 24-48 hours ahead of time to thaw. Once thawed the Ham will keep for 2 days.

Good to eat.
You see them at the stores in the fridge for at least that long.
What do you think they did in the old days.
Might want to reheat before you eat.

Eat it and get back to us if you can.

I saw what happened to the photo of the Rolling Stone reporter's girlfriend when he let the Marines have it in "Generation Kill."

We bought one of those in college, and not really knowing what we had bought, put it in the oven with a meat thermometer until it was "done."

I never knew penguins ate spiral cut cured fully cooked honey ham. I would have guessed your frige was filled with rotted fish heads or some such delicacies.
