This is just theoretical question.

Lets say you live near the coast and category 5 hurricane is headed your way… or just imagine you live in down town New Orleans. You, your spouse, and you children (1 years old and 10 years old) and a dog have 1 hour to pack up and drive off in your car. You have limited space to put your “stuff” in the car (lets say about 4 medium size lug gages).

What do you take with you and what do you leave behind. What do you consider “critical” to take and just “nice” to take along.

I fit 7 gun cases an ice chest, 3 luggage cases and some other stuff in my Xterra, and we left this morning.

No ammo?

You never have just one hour to pack. These things don't pop up like a target at the range. Shame on your dumbass if you get caught with your drawers down by something moving 13 miles per hour.
