Basically, this dude was helping a friend's fiancee' move some furniture, and gets a muscle cramp in his neck.  She offers to massage the neck, no big deal, and BAM.  He didn't even realize it happened because he was into the neck rub cause his neck was hurting but the fiancee saw it.  

This type of thing ever happen to you ARFcommers?  Mainly, did it end up causing problems with you and your friend?
