Throwing out those old calendars???  Wait. I have an idea for a contest.  
Rules.
1) 31 shots (one for each day of the month)
2) Gun may be ready but not in hand to start or stop the clock.
3) Shooter must run their own clock.
4) Shooter does not have to shoot in order.  First shot does not have to be the first day.
5) Shooter tallies and posts own score (see below for points).
6) Post pics if possible.  Include,
   Time it took to shoot.  
   Distance shooting from                                      
   Firearm/weapon make and caliber.

Points are mainly for bragging rights, but will help select finalists.  It will also enable those who cannot post pics a way to compete.

1 point per second
-1 point per yard
-1 point per hole fully in date lines
0 points if you break the line
+2 points if you miss the date completely

+25 points if you use a desk calendar or similar.

lower point total the better.

If you only post your score, entry is invalid.  We need at least, time and distance.


The winner will be decided by a poll of top entries (Top entries arbitrarily selected by AMK and AMK twin) and will receive their very own post extolling the virtues of the winner, written by AMK.

Sadly I'm not good enough at a distance with my centrefire rifles to hit  specific days on a calendar, with my .22 I could... but I dont have an old calender, so free bump.
ETA: cool idea though.
