Hey Guys I got taken buy a dealer on gunsamerica.com. Back in Feburary of this year I purchased
a Eagle Arms of Coal Valley,Il. AR-15  for $1000. He assured me it was pre-ban sent me pics of the serial # I did not call and verify I just took his word and the gunsamerica.com guarantee policy. I bought just for insurance if the AWB did set and we all know it has. I was in process of helping a fellow member out in NY to help him get (what I thought was a pre-ban) and come to find out I verified the serial and was not a pre-ban. This was from a FFL dealer in SpringeField,Mo

While you paid a bit more for the gun than it was worth, it's still a nice gun that is one of the best IMO. If it's a no-block, and a factory-built Eagle from several years ago, though not "pre-ban" it's very desirable to any AR owner. I wouldn't have a problem keeping it and being happy with it.

But if you want your money back, any FFL dealer should do that if they sold you an illegal weapon, which it was at the time if it had the "evil" features but wasn't truly preban. Have you contacted the dealer?

Contact Eagle Arms directly, don't take it second hand that it is, or isn't, a preban. If it isn't negotiate a refund with the dealer, if that isn't satisfactory contact gunsamerica.
