Hank, I have bad news.
John got to them before you did. They went with him of their own free will to an undisclosed location in Colorado. It is impossible to find them. |

LOL LOL Gee they could have waited until I got my 2 completed lowers and completed upper! I would have joined them and we would have been better armed to boot! Yea, they seem like very nice people (in CO, yes) that is why I am asking.. it's all very out of character. |

I bought an ACOG TA01NSN from them. Last Monday I ordered it online. They called the day after (on Tuesday) to let me know that it would go out the next day - on Wednesday. It arrived in the mail on Friday. I was

Did you e-mail them? They always get back to me pretty promptly through E-mail-don't know about the phone as I never call them.

Kendra and Chris have given me some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I just went to their website and found this:
-------------------------------------------- Eagle Firearms will be closed for our annual shutdown from Thursday, 9/30 thru Sunday, 10/10. FREE UPS Ground shipping on all U.S. orders placed during this time. All internet orders for our U.S. customers placed from 9/30-10/10 will be shipped FREE via UPS ground. This includes orders for items that are currently out of stock, which will be shipped when product becomes available. International orders will receive an $8 credit toward their shipping cost. Eagle Firearms will be closed for our annual shutdown from Thursday, 9/30 thru Sunday, 10/10. Internet orders placed during this time will be processed starting Monday, 10/11. We expect to have all orders shipped by Wednesday, 10/13. All pending orders with payment and/or FFL copy on file by Wednesday, 9/29 will be shipped out by Thursday, 9/30. If we receive your payment and/or FFL copy after Wednesday, 9/29, your order will not be shipped until Monday, 10/11. If this delay is not acceptable and you need to cancel your order, please let us know ASAP. During this shutdown, we will have limited staff on hand and they will be concentrating on planned upgrades. We will not be able to answer phones/emails. Upgrades we will making during this time are to include additional telephone lines, adding additional items to our shopping cart, updates to our "FFL on file" list to include expiration date as well as many other small changes that will allow us to provide our customers with even better service. -------------------------------------------- Sounds like they will be making some improvements due to company growth. |

I talked with Kendra this morning and placed an order to be shipped this afternoon. They are just busy with all the activity following the AWB. Send them and email and ask them to call you. Be patient, the best vendor on the net and well worth the wait.

Gotta agree. Chris has built two rifles for me and got to say the quality is excellent. I am waiting on a rebarreled upper from them too - hopefully before they shutdown. . . |

Lately the phone has not been the easiest way to contact us, the phones are vey busy. We will be adding more phone lines at the end of the week but email is the easist way to reach us at this point. Your order is waiting for a signed copy of your dealers FFL before we can ship it. When you placed your order, you said that your FFL would contact us to send the FFL. Your FFL left a message for us to return the call and we have tried several times. Your FFL must be very busy also because we have not been able to reach him and there is no voicemail. As soon as we receive a copy of your dealers FFL, we will ship your order. If this delay on the FFL has caused you to decide to cancel your order, please let us know your credit card has not been charged. Thanks Chris |
