OK so I see under options on my membership e-mail account that I can filter my inbox to delete the 1200 spams I get everyday once I set up a filter to delete e-mails with certain words in the subject line or whatever.

But it seems that I need to have a file created with PHRASE words already in it to add new ones as I get the error saying that there is no file to add the new rule into.

Chicken or the egg please ... just give me one of them.
