Is it worth posting a -1 feedback for the following offense:

I found an EE thread that had no action. I made an offer. Seller accepted. We exchanged addresses. I was going to send payment today but this morning I got an e-mail saying "Oh, wait, I also have it on Gunbroker and I got a bid there so I can't cancel that auction."

Seems to me we made a deal before he knew he had a bid. Looks to me like he can and should say "sorry" to the other guy (whose current bid is the same as my offer).

It's a BSA, you aren't out much.  

It is the principle of the thing though.  That is pretty lame of the seller.
