I live in CA so its not a money thing, rather a tyrant thing. But SR-25 ECC or the Knights M240 Civvie knock-off.

Not really out of my range, I just won't pay collector's prices.

Buy hey, I have two mags and a sling ready to go on it if I find one.

The only ones I can think of that are out of my range are some MGs and very high-end custom/collector pieces.

Outside of a few "if I won the lottery" items, I'm not really interested in either.

FN M240 machinegun. Not only out of my price range, but, I doubt that any are even listed on the NFA Registry as a transferrable machinegun anyway.

do iiiiittttttt! Always wanted a P7. Last summer, I bought 3. Two unfired sequentially serialed Jubilee's and a nickel P7 for EDC. Paid once, no cry.

The 210 is on my (very) short list, just because I've always wanted one. If I ever come across the right clean, older one it will go home with me.

A member on this board owns two of them, one BNIB. Fully transferrable. But you're talking in the hundreds of thousands of dollars range for one.

Personally, I'd love to own a 249. I already have a 5.56 beltfed MG, but the para and mk46 variants of the SAW have always appealed to me. AFAIK, there's only one transferrable SAW out there.

The rest of stuff out there, I can one day see being able to pick up. Original 1921 AC Thompson, a Russian type 3 bringback AK, Stoner 63, etc. Maybe a 240...no idea how I'd afford to feed-it

The only truly unobtainable gun I desperately want is an MP7. Obtainable but too expensive? SAW
