It's  a tough economy, people need to get the most money that they can.

I seen a 90 Geo Metro a few days back parked along side the road, car had 188k miles on it, looked like an extra from Mad Max Thunderdome. Guy wanted $3,500

Someone got happy with the 0 key, added two extra ones

Maybe she meant $6,400?

Not worth that either, KBB private party value in "good" condition is $2400.

Well, she posted 64,000, but I'm hoping it was a typo, as she is one of the smarter people I know.

Any smart person shopping for a car right now knows that prices are stupidly high right now (even at $6400)

Those extended warranties are never worth the money:  $61,000 in this case.

Maybe it is full of drugs.

Additional zero pressed.

Doctor: Ray, do you know how much a candy bar costs?
Raymond: 'Bout a hundred dollars.
Doctor: Do you know how much one of those new compact cars costs?
Raymond: 'Bout a hundred dollars.

it has to be a typo.

Even so, she's retarded for asking that much for that piece of shit.

Not even if its full of drugs and hookers.
Link Posted: 6/6/2010 6:49:21 AM EDT
I wouldn't pay 64.000 for it.
Link Posted: 6/6/2010 6:52:19 AM EDT
A KIA?  I wouldn't pay 64 CENTS for it unless I already had a definite buyer lined up for it.

I don't do POS cars.

I also have a new way of looking at all things concerning money:  If I can't make a buck off it or screw it,  I'm not buying it!

If she really got $64k, we'd all look like idiots.

Tell her I'll go $62,000 but not a penny higher.
