I'm waring mine now...I got the all metal from Campmor.  It's now my main watch.  It is quite large but absolutely accurate and seemingly reliable.

The battery is fully charged by ambient light so it should go for years.


ETA- Mine is the G-Shock version and is a bit more expensive then the one you posted.
