I've had it for as long as its been available here and never once experienced any outages or other problems. as a matter of fact I've actually gotten speeds as high as 35Mbps at times. |

 I'm happy with my service, but I have to keep on top of the billing. They are always trying to flim flam me with random miscellaneous charges. I've stopped even calling them monthly about them, I pay the amount without the extra charges.
