For the conversion kits out there (DPMS, Bushmaster, Ciener) do you think 30 rounders are around the corner?

They (JAC) are already on it.

$59.95each or, 3 for $149.95

Holy crap that's expensive!

I wonder if others will make 30 rounders for the non-Ciener conversions - like the Bushmaster, DPMS, and CZ?

Wow, 72 looks at this thread and one reply? Come on, guys, I was expecting better than that!

I was wondering this as well. I have a lower I wanted to build into a dedicated .22, but am waiting on reasonable hicaps to decide on the upper.

It seems like some companies don't want to do it at all, and others are hemming and hawing over it.

They don't realize that they will sell LOADS of these if they make them.

I wonder why one of our resident metalsmith/gunsmiths here don't take a crack at it?

I am picking up a Bushmaster .22lr upper after I get off work tonight, I sure hope they come out with hicaps soon!

NOTHING compared to the $175 - 200 ea they used to demand under the ban.

patience, grasshopper.....prices will improve over time.

The price of 3/$149 on the Ciener mags is the same price as it was 10 years ago and the same as when JAC was told to stop making them this past year. Sure it's not cheap but there was a lot sold long before the AWB at this price.

Add some more than 10rders for the pistol converstions, 10rds goes out of the 1911 way way to quick!
