There was an thread on knife sharpeners that I can't find. How do you find threads you contributed to but did not author in GD? How does "tag" work? Thanks

Tag: yes, you have to be a member to tag a thread. You have a "My Active Topics" button that you can click and all the recent threads you posted in - be it a tag or a real post - show up.

Search: Last I checked you could search without being a member... but I don't recall.

FWIW members get access to the excellent Archive server as well. There is a wealth of information there.

Non-(team)member "tag":

In Mozilla, click on "Bookmarks" and then "Manage your bookmarks".
Create a new folder called "AR15 Tag".
When you read a thread you want to "tag", just click "Bookmarks", "File This Bookmark", and file it in the AR15 Tag folder.

Bonus: No annoying "Tag" post in the thread.

You can subscribe to a thread without being a Team Member, right? But as a TM you have better search options. It's only $24. I spend more on that in a week on beer.
