Any? Future generations can learn from you.

Regrets? No. But I've learned a few things. Telling people shit only goes so far, some mistakes people have to make themselves. I am/was no different. But, I've got some fantastic fucking stories, so fuck it.

No regrets that I have any control over...

I've done far better than I expected and am happy, productive and satisfied. I've helped a lot of folks improve their lives by giving them opportunity...

More than I could possibly list here.

Let the people you love know you love them.  The next time you tell them just might be the last time you get the chance.

Not telling Tim, Jeff, Roger, Jim, and Tod they are the best friends a man could have. That doesn't include the club brothers I have lost.

Thanks OP, you made me cry. Just lost Tod Friday.

Me too.  Could have retired in 2013. Or we could be dead by now. Be proud of the time you did serve and live for our friends that fell.

Left a good company and job after 7 months of employment. It drags me down every damn time I think about it. Worst part is they will not bring me back.

Which were and are many.

Oh, I've got a few.

Not being more frugal with money...I've always been somewhat of a spendthrift.  Had I not been that way I'd be close to being retired by now.  At the least I wouldn't be "stuck" in my current position in life.  My advice, live as far below your means as you can and think twice about large purchases.

Spending too many years associating with people who are basically slackers and people more interested in partying and hanging out than they are doing stuff. My advice here is to stay away from the do nothings in life, those whose main priority is partying, and surround yourself with motivated individuals who are involved with things.

I guess you could say not finding a girl and settling down as well.  While I've dated some nice women in the past, I've always shied away from longer term commitments since they always seemed to start to impose unreasonable restrictions on my time...

Lastly, not staying physically fit/active into my adult years.  After my 20's I let myself go physically (48 now), and only within the past few years have gotten back into a lifestyle where I work out and eat right.  So, here I'd say too maintain as healthy a lifestyle as possible that includes good eating habits, and embraces physical fitness.

ETA:  Yeah, not serving in the military is probably one of them...Had planned to but spent too much time thinking about it and was eventually rendered unable to join due to injuries sustained in a car wreck.

Certainly. The first few that come to mind are things I wish I hadn't done, though if I hadn't done them, I wouldn't have learned not to, and I probably would have ended up doing the same thing later anyway.

As I look back there were 5 or 6 girls that I passed on, and I sometimes wish I had not.But I guess if I had not passed, it could have resulted in a greater regret. One never knows.

Regrets?

I've had a few. But then again, too few to mention.

I did what I had to do, and saw it through without exemption. I planned each charted course each careful step along the byway.

And more, much more than this, I did it my way.

And bad mistakes, I've made a few.
I've had my share of sand kicked in my face, but I've come through.

But it's been no bed or roses... no pleasure cruise.  I consider it a challenge before the whole human race, and I ain't gonna lose.

Regrets?  Sure, I have a few.

The will help future generations?  No, most were just personal deficiencies that I wish I had gotten a better handle on earlier in life.
