You never know when it will happen. You could be sitting there posting on Arfcom and BAM! Some maniac comes busting in and you need to dispatch the offender now!
So... 1. Do you carry while posting. 2. What firearm do you prefer. |
Yes. When i'm home, there's always a pistol and BM M4gery next to me while posting.
G17 X200A HS1 |

I haven't physically carried my G19 in probably 6 months or so.
No, I don't CWP...but it IS within 2 feet of me. Sig 239 in 9mm.

So what do you use ? Telekinesis? |
John has a long mustache. |
Man, there are some paranoid dudes here. Ease up a little guys; there aren't zombies and thugs underneath every rock.
have you looked under every rock? I have ,scary shit. Not only that but some girl scout may come by selling cookies or sumpin. |
No, the space under the seat. |
Yeah, there are spiders under the rocks. Ya gotta drown down on them spiders. Especially if they try to stuff it in your pooper and post pics. |
Ohh you have the thunderwear rectal rig, I've been looking at those. |
No kidding! I mean, that's why I only insure my truck for 2 weeks out of every month! |

My S&W Model 37 Airweight is less than 6" from my right elbow. My primary carry Kimber Ultra-Carry Stainless with night sights is in a drawer in my desk to my left.
When I go to bed my Glock 23 with night sights is on the night stand. There are two S&W Model 60's a snubby and a 3" strategicly located in my home as well as two 12g shotguns a Mossberg 500 6 shot and a EAA Bount Hunter side-x-side. The rest of my collection is in my safe. |
Gives a whole new meaning to 'draw down'. |
Not generally, though I do have it on now, because I've been practicing with it.
What I've been doing lately is to keep it in my normal CCW holster, and focus on some object in the room. Then, close my eyes and draw. When I open my eyes, I want to see the sights aligned on the object I was looking at. |
Oh there ya go with your Pollyanna attitude.. Man there out there! And there waiting for the moment to strike.. I might be in teh shower washing my junk and BAM! I open the curtin and there is zombie with in arms reach. Ya keep up with your rosie out look in life. Ill feel safer knowing there going to get you first! |

Kimber 1911 CCSS in 460Rowland in holster on belt and Mut-4 in arms reach.
I thought surfing this site without a firearm within arms reach was a violation of the COC?
I am ALWAYS carrying while posting; in fact, I keep it in my hand at all times.
Or were you referring to a firearm of some sort? |
Uhhh that would be your gun... |
Hell, the barrel on my .38 is rusty because I'm holding it AND my dick when I piss.
And now my keyboard is turning yellow. |
I always keep.....wait one.......sorry, had to cap a wamby gizard......my 45 at hand. It's the only thing that seems to work on wamby gizzards.
Well.. CCW is dificult for me 'cause I'm usually nekked...
Open carry is my only option while posting |
No, but the G22 w/ M3 light is always within reach. And there's an AR15 close as well.
Just got my gun; my rifle's in the safe.
Rick Too obtuse to understand. |
I thought it was one of the board rules here when I joined now it's changed |
My G23 is like my Visa/Master Card, I DON'T LEAVE HOME WITHOUT IT !!!!!
Yeah, really, guns and ammo, all sorts of sharp things... actually, it is probably dangerous just sitting here. |
