I got this email today-

--In the City of God there will be a great thunder,
two brothers torn apart by chaos, while the fortress endures, the great
leader will succumb.", "The third big war will begin when the big city is
burning." "on the 11th day of the 9 month that...two metal birds would
crash into two tall statues...in the new city... and the world will end soon
after"

Read the Bible in the book of  Revelations where is said that no man will ever know when the world will end. The anit-Christ has not rose to power yet and we do not bear the mark of the devil on are hand or head also when the anti-Christ rises the people will think that he is Christ reborn.

Nostradamus took most of what he said out of the Bible. A lot of what he wrote down has in some ways came true.

I'm sorry I trust the Bible and what it says over anyone. Thats just me.

Those may be parts, but not one real quatrain.  Also, Nostradamus never predicted the end of the world.  He only predicted events that would happen many years before revelations would come to pass.  And yes, his predictions go well into the 3000's.

I'm not sure if they're real or not, but some of the instances where he uses names like "Franco," "Rivera," and "Castilla" (aka Spain) in the same quatrain.  Franco and Rivera were both opposing leaders during the Spanish Civil War of 1933.

However, I doubt New York would be considered the city of God.

Who wrote large chunks of the New Testament?

And the bible does indeed talk of prophets after Christ.  Look at Acts 11:25-30 and Acts 13:1.  Also check Matthew 23:34 and Luke 11:49.

Furthermore, Jesus warned us against fasle prophets, not all prophets.  If he simply wanted us to ignore all prophets he would have said so.

From Matthew 7:15-20:

Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.  Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?  Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.  A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither [can] a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.  Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.  Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
