I used to believe in it, but now I kind of don't. I don't believe it was destiny or any other crap that put The Mr. and I together, I do believe it was just blind luck and coincidence. I do believe in love at first sight, though.

No, destiny and fate are all bullshit. Just another way of man helping him feel better about the bad shit that happens to him.
I even read a research study about the same thing. People who considered themselves "lucky" usually just found oportunitys for themselves while those who considered themselves "unlucky" werent as good at picking out good opportunitys for themselves. |

Actually thats the thing im looking for. Trying to settle a bet with a girl I know. She's always talking about destiny and fate are against her and blah blah blah. I say its mostly her choices she's made at work, in love, and generally in life. She actually believes the world is against her. Thats a shitty attitude to have at 23. |

No, I don't believe in destiny, luck, bad luck, karma, etc. People make decisions, and suceed or fail because of those decisions. Not everyone can suceed, because people will make wrong decisions, it's the people who can get back on the horse after they fall that make it in this world.
