No matter what I wear a belt if I am wearing pants/trousers.

Doesn't matter if it is dress slacks or jeans. If they are full length, I'm wearing a belt.

Not doing so would be like not wearing shoes.

And I'm not even fat. (34" waist).

Do you always wear a belt with pants?

Pants?

How else can I keep the waistband from sliding down my belly?

Always, it's hard to wear an iwb holster without a belt.

Always, gun or not. Beltman 1.5", mostly.

If there are belt loops I wear a belt.

THIS

CCW belt

Bought a gun belt about the same time I joined here. This sucker is well made. It barely has any wear. Worn it daily since I got it.
Link Posted: 3/6/2015 8:54:24 PM EDT
I always do now, because if I don't, my holster won't st put and I can't draw well and my Glock pulls my pants down.

I never did when I was young, before CCW.

Always. Pants or shorts with belt loops and no belt feels so very wrong to me. Plus, G19.

Dam triple tap.

Not wearing a belt is like walking around with your shoes untied, or your zipper down.
Link Posted: 3/6/2015 8:57:18 PM EDT
If it has belt loops then there is a belt on it.
Link Posted: 3/6/2015 8:57:39 PM EDT
Jeans... Slacks... Shorts... Kilt...

All get a belt.

30" waist, and yes. Feels damn weird without one, even if it's one of those web belts with the two D-rings.
Link Posted: 3/6/2015 8:59:01 PM EDT
Yes. Ever since I started carrying.
Link Posted: 3/6/2015 8:59:33 PM EDT
biased results here as 87% of us concealed carry iwb not really practical with no belt, but yeah even with no gun i pretty much always wear a belt
Link Posted: 3/6/2015 9:01:25 PM EDT
Yes, always.

If for some reason I forget to put one on, I've been known to stop and buy one. I feel naked without one.
Link Posted: 3/6/2015 9:01:27 PM EDT
Yes. I have no ass to hold them up; the belt is needed.

Always if I plan on tucking in my shirt. A tucked in shirt with no belt looks silly.

Say in the summer, a pair of chinos with a t-shirt untucked...no belt usually.

Yes, my belt holds my holster.
Link Posted: 3/6/2015 9:09:44 PM EDT
As long as there are belt loops.

Always,100% of the time. I don't trust men who don't wear belts, they do things like wearing tucked in golf shirts with jeans and sneakers and other general signs of poor upbringing.

It is NEVER acceptable to wear anything without belt loops in public in my book. If you're wearing stretchy waist pants I assume you are Russian, retarded or have bowel control problems, all of which mean a general lack of untrustworthiness even without an ability to wear a belt.

pretty much this, if I leave the house I have a belt to secure my pistol.
At home I have a 442 with a clip holster that I don't always use a belt with

Let's see, I'm a man, so yes. Women and children can go without a belt. Men wear a belt.
Link Posted: 3/6/2015 9:33:03 PM EDT
Of course I wear a belt. I am not 8 anymore.

Link Posted: 3/6/2015 9:42:25 PM EDT
Always.
Link Posted: 3/6/2015 9:42:27 PM EDT
I cannot stand wearing pants without a belt. It just doesn't feel right. Plus, like others have said, it makes carrying belt holstered guns nearly impossible.

I also cringe every time I see someone with their shirt tucked-in without a belt.
Link Posted: 3/6/2015 9:43:01 PM EDT
Yes, if I have jeans on there is usually a gun involved and that requires a belt.

Tried an iwb holster without a belt. I tested the holster before leaving my house and pulled my gun out of it. The holster went right with the gun because the holster wasn't secured. Never again will I not wear a belt.

Always, even when I can't carry.
Link Posted: 3/6/2015 10:03:59 PM EDT
Yes, as I need the belt for the phone holster.
Link Posted: 3/6/2015 10:05:26 PM EDT
If it's got belt loops, it's getting a belt.

I assume you mean braces. (Suspenders hold up your socks.) Pants made for proper braces are excellent. I don't wear clip-ons.
