I just roasted mine in the oven. The breasts were great! The legs, well I do not think even the dog liked them. I made the Ghillie suit over the winter, I was spotted last year ( my first year) by a hen. I swore NEVER AGAIN! As it was I called this jake right to me!! |

Stormbringer, if you haven't tried deep fried turkey you don't know what you're missing. I deep fried our Thanksgiving turkey in a King Kooker and we have 15 lb. bird in the freezer that I'm going to deep fry next week. Doesn't compare to wild turkey though.
