People like this genuinely believe that hamburgers come in little plastic packages that farmers grow in a field somewhere in flyover country. They get snotty and spit when you ask if they know where their leather jackets come form. For some real entertainment, invite them to share some Jello and then tell them what's in it while they're eating it. It's fun to watch, just make sure you're standing to one side.
