We've taken all the advice from the last thread when it was 65 degrees..

We've grown hair on our balls.

We wear sweaters and sweatshirts.

We cuddle with the Lab and the cats.

But it sure is Brrrrrrr in the morning.

Do I fold to the incessant whining of the kids and the shrinkage of my family jewels or do I stand firm and wait until it is COLDER???

I just checked my system out and turned everything on.

Was hoping to hold out till Nov. 1, but what the heck.

Friend, If your cold turn on the heat. Don't let public opinion drive your comfort.

I cranked the heat up one day.....mind you it was -1 celcius!

Thus far I have gotten away with throwing a log on the woodstove every few hours....heats my 2200 sft house enough and is FREE baby!

No, don't give in. If yo do then they will know that if they weine and cry enough you will give in.

Tell them that next May, when it is 61 outside they will porbably be wearing short sleeve shirts and shorts.

Mine doesn't get turned on until at least Nov. 1. Hell, it was 58 inside the house this morning.

58??? You must verify with a pic. If you do, I promise to hold out until 57 !! I will verify with a pic.

I saw your wife's pic in the sweater.

Wait, meanwhile cuddle with the WIFE!

The family jewels will unshrink.

Turn the damn heat on!
Shit it was 45 degrees when I checked a few minutes ago.. won't catch me suffering like that.

Right now it's 74 in my house. I don't care how high my heating bill is, I refuse to be cold when I don't have to be.

Just curl up beneath your wife's rack, I'm sure you can fit.

I just turned my heat on this morning, last night i went out for my evening jog in a t-shirt & shorts and I got chilled, it took about 15 laps around the track to feel warmed up, I should have worn sweats.
