Cleveland, huh? I'll bet anything the parents are black. Black girls are hitting puberty at age 8 or so these days, so that's kind of the equivalent of a white girl getting knocked up at age 16 or 17.

I know a girl at my school who got pregnate in the 7th grade. 12 years old when it happened.
Still has the baby todate. |
