I'm grilling. I've got baby back ribs or ribeyes. Which would you choose?

I'm from Texas - eat Steak and insult Oprah.

Go with the ribeyes, IMHO. I'm having frozen pizza and hankering for a nice steak.

I voted for the ribeyes, but only because of convenience.

Fixing ribs of any kind is a major production for me. I cannot just throw 'em on a grill, lather some sauce on them and serve 'em up. When I make ribs I usually start about 7:30AM and they're ready to salivate over eat by 3:00 or 4:00.

I can cook up a few ribeyes, with mesquite from the desert for smoke, in about 30 minutes including the time it takes for the coals to come up to the proper color/temperature.

Went with the ribeyes covered in a baby portobella mushroom sauce. The poll works! But Gamesniper was the decider: takes to long to make ribs, I started to late. Gracias amigos!

Why not make both? Have a little variety!

Nah, it's pretty light sauce. Just mushrooms saute'd in red wine withj a little balsamic and garlic.
