After simmering with all the other stuff the mushrooms were the best part! ETA: Actually this dish doesn't normally come with mushrooms. Or bell-peppers. I had it a week back at a French-Thai fusion restaurant and figured I'd try it their way this time. Not too bad. Generally though the fewer ingredients the better. |
