OK, I’m working on the food now. This is a placeholder for when it’s ready; I’ll need a few minutes.

OK, sorry for the wait.

YES!!! It's a chicken-Caesar!

ETA: There's some bread with a little Camembert and a couple thin slices of summer sausage for an app, a plum and a nectarine for desert and a Big Sky IPA for beverage.

Does anyone know which thread prompted me to prepare and post this meal?

overall looks good but there are a couple of issues being a chef and all

1. -2 no croutons, parmesan or lemon (big problem for a caesar salad)
2. -1 chickend is better grilled on a bbq
3. + 1 for the sig, i like sig's
4. + 1 for the I.P.A., bad ass beers

total 9/10

Glad you like the book

Glad to see I'm not the only one who enjoys some music during dinner.

As for the book, I read it after seeing your thread in the SF about it a couple years ago.
It is one of my all time favorite books now.
