Were you trolling us with the other dinner pics?

This one is a 10/10, other than what is whiskey and ginger beer? Is that ginger ale or an actual beer of some sort?

Ginger beer is ginger beer. No alcohol. I'm tired of ginger ale with my whiskey.

I do not troll. Everything I post is delishious

Sad, really.

Ginger beer and whiskey is delicious, spicier than ginger ale.

Why do you think my insurance wouldn't be paying for my fictitious "danger" of contracting a bacterial infection from properly cooked pork?

10 The pork looks properly cooked, tell us more about the plum gravy.

Rehydrated with white wine, dried plums cooked in a brown gravy. All cooked in the same pan the loin was seared in which was deglazed with white wine before the plums. A little orange juice and chicken stock. Yeah, it took awhile

Trich has been eradicated via vaccines and is no longer an issue except in wild rabbits.

Well, I would imagine most insurance companies have a clause indemnifying themselves from intentionally self induced injuries, if people who don't finish cooking pork even have insurance.

Tricinellosis Is extremely rare in domestic US pork these days. Much more common in wild hog, bear (black and grizzly. Not racist!) and mountain lion.
